Considering Selling my main website, It's 2,5years old- 100% SE Traffic.
Sells an ebook via paypal, ~1hour /week maybe required work - So it's autopilot almost. Revenue is 7-8k/month.

How much I could sell it for If I were to sell it?
And anyone knows any other good place except flippa where I could try to list it?

depends on how much someone might be willing to give:)
if you consistently earn such amounts/month for like 2 years, then discounting 1 or two years of revenues would make sense. So anywhere from 84k to 130-140k

Well kinda hard to say. A lot of ppl focus on the profit a month x 12 months. But it's a fact that sites that are proven to be worth it and are guaranteed to have a stable income for the next years ( which it might not be in your case since it's an ebook you are selling ( depends on the subject) are sometimes sold for monthly profit x 36 ( 3 years ) . But i would say you would get an easy 70 k for it.

It's good that you are making so much money but you are selling book and maybe after some time it will not be a good selling product. The cost of this site can be more than 40 50 K $ but no one will pay 100K. I think so

Why we would anyone in the present economic downturn want to sell a site making $7K to 8K a month are you Warren Buffett and don't need the revenue?

Sounds about right. A lot of buyers are only interested in the income your site produces so $7,000 a month is a lot. Many buyers will pay 10 to 20 times a sites income for the site. I'd guess between $70k-$140,000.

Of course, there are other factors involved.

Look up the user meathead1234. He and his partner can give you a very good idea on what it is worth and even help you sell it if you want. With the value of that site, you don't want to rely on an amateur's guess of what/how you can sell it.

Thats what they usually go for on Flippa. But it really depends on how much marketing has been done. The domain name, have to say that such a cashcow with only 1 hour a week would be a shame to sell. But thats up to you. Why don't you outsource the hour work and just get an outsourcer and it would be easy money. And wait with the investment :p.

I have to agree with BassTrackerBoats, have no idea who meathead is but "With the value of that site, you don't want to rely on an amateur's guess of what/how you can sell it" this is totally the truth ofcourse!

No-one can give you an accurate valuation with the information given. It could be worth 10k, it could be worth 150k. It's a buyer's market out there at the moment, but nevertheless there are still buyers at that level, I have quite a few who buy decent sites all the time. Drop me a PM with some more details and I'll take a look for you, have a JV thread going as well if you'd like my company to broker a deal for you too.

I'm interested. Could you send me the domain name and additional information by PM? A five figure bid is not an issue.

Just wondering, if it actually does come up to you to sell it, it must be cos you expect that those 7k will drop soon ? Easy, passive income like that is nothing to turn away, is it ?

can you tell the other blackhatters how you did this . i have same kind of plans. Get low competition exact keyword domain name . then put my 2-3-4 ebooks and also put services . do some blasts and make money via selling ebooks and services. I can only hope i can make 7k a month and then sell that in 100K . If i do that then i would be millionaire here.

Is it all organic traffic or are you pushing PPC? The price changes dramatically.
