How much exchanges pay their workers

We're moving to the end of this year, and I'm really shocked to see how much some exchanges pay their workers, as well as the additional mid-year bonus screenshots that have been circulating on X . It's high time I put my skills to use by sending my CV and portfolio to see if I could get a spot on the team. Do you think all exchanges do that?
