    $1m

How the hell do I know?D Ask the aff managers that hang around here :D

There's probably somebody over here that had success. But I'm sure it takes an awful lot of time tho.

You just need the right connections as well as the money. Scriptwise? If you're a php programmer then you should be able to hanlde the scripts as well.

Istaff it all depends on what kind of CPA you wanna start. As i saw many CPA's are using the same or very similar software so i'm pretty sure you can buy it somewhere.
About running CPA its quite expensiv because you need servers which are really top secure so people wont hack it and you need also a team which will look for cheaters in the system :) .A friend of me started with 150k Euro in europe and had sucess but you can also start for free using some ready scripts like the affiliate one from dlscripts.net which have also some basic cheatprotection but i doubt you would get big customers with this kind of software.

But I think he means how much cash do you need to have in hand to payout, before you get paid by the advertisers

Im talking about, how much money it takes to actually start a company of your own. The only thing, would be to buy the software and have advertisers...

Direct track is 1k a month and 10k to setup plus the cost to integrate your design additional 5k. Plus enough money to payout affiliate if a network doesn't want to pay .. also accounting, affiliate managers, advertising ect

moral of the story you need deep pockets

For an affiliate network, you'll need close to $500,000 if you're serious. It will be VITAL to float payments, otherwise the majority of your affiliates will be losers peddling a lead or two a day.

    500,00 is quite steep.

I'm wondering what kind of money would you make starting out with directtrack paying them like 10K UPFRONT and 2 K a month?

    my capital is springfield.

direct track runs 1-2k depending on who you know. + like others said backup funds etc. are a great security, you really got to be on top of your shit, or hire peeps... lot of support needed. I'm a fuckup really, but have ran a successful cpa net for 3-4 years now. Main thing really is keeping the advertisers happy..making sure they pay........sometimes they get more bh then you or I...y u need backup funds...to pay aff's...when the adverts back out, and the aff's have given genuine leads......

profits can be huge...trust me....getting 10+ aff's that know wtf they are doing, and you are set.....send them a free gift...even before their payment....ex...sending an aff that makes you 10k+ paying him out 3k....but sending him a new 2k pc, or a vacation to w/e they want to go...etc....

take care of your earners, and they will stay with you, till you slip on the porch and get a splinter....

but splinters are picked out easily. as humans we have good skin, some tougher then others.........

it's a great investment, if your not gonna be fucked up and let it go...you have to be on top for this shit, lot of work even if you do outsource....but fuckin worth it.....it's a job... =]

Well I knew it was going to be alot of money upfront, not liek you can get a nulled Directrack ahaha. Let me know, if you ever need a partner in crime (or CPA) I would love the oppturnity to do something like this, and split the cost ofcourse.
