    Hello,

I just got offered to put pop-up ad on my website by a company, they offered to pay fixed price instead of pay per performace
I have never used this kind of monetization (ppc, ppv etc.)

I get average 500 uniques, 2500 pageviews per day, average time on site 7:00 minutes, bounce rate 75% - bounce is high beacuse it's that kind of a website, users get really engaged on my homepage so I have high bounce rate

Website is getting this kind of traffic non-stop for 18 months now

A guy told me to say my price, but I really don't know anything about this

I know I can get solid money from this, but I don't know is that 100$ or 800$ /month

I would like to hear advices from people who rented ad space, what do you think?

Just try a different network that pays per click or performance to gague the amount you earn per month.

It really depends the price of your keywords. What is the niche of your site.

And search the network before accepting them, there are some that don't pay publisher

Try looking at your competitors and see if what they are charging for ads. That will be a guide to use.

You take into consideration how much your earning from your traffic. What your traffic is worth. A high bounce rate like that is great. Since it a permanent fixture they pay rent to you per month if they don't pay you get rid of them. Ask them to pay the first 30 days up front. The only permanent fixtures I use is for my own affiliates links. Then again if I was paid $1000's per month id happily oblige.

Then again if it's a popup... f that. What kind of advert are we talking about here something that will be seen as spam or? You need to take into account your audience first, like would this annoy them.

Its hard to put a figure on the amount. I guess you could see how much your keywords sell for on google just as, lets say an estimation perhaps? Then multiply that by your unique clicks per week. See what that amount ads up to. Now try doubling that number if you don't like that try double it again. Maybe that might be the kind of figure your looking at.

Personally if I was renting a "pop up" id be asking top dollar for it. But i don't know your keywords etc. Then again if your "following" have pop up blockers. It's free cash right? lol. There is alot of factors that come into place. Location, unique vistors, keyword etc.

Good luck and like others have said do your research on them and check the code to see if there are any nasties.

Thank you @damien, this helped me alot

I'm going to do some research on my keywords, check out my competitors and then I'm just going to bump the price to them, if they accept good, if the don't still okay, I never expected cash from a source like that anyway

Thank you for your help :)
