rates follow 30d avg views, not followers. tier 1 us/uk/de/jp pays most. $150-400 per 10k at 5% er. in a wallet launch we paid $900 to a 50k x page, ctr 1.8%. we've handled similar buys

There is no fixed price for this but my suggestion for you is that negotiate as much as you can. Most of the even new crypto projects have funding in million and thus they have good marketing budget.
