I have two pr5 domains that I don't need, how much could I expect to get for them?

    Home Page:
How old is the domain? How many backlinks? Are the backlinks high quality? All of these will affect the price of the domain. I would guess a pr5 domain would go for about $500-$5,000.

No they won't, I've bought PR5 domains for 150$. If they only have that Pagerank they won't sell for shit.

It would have to be a pretty strong domain with a lot of traffic to go for that much cash. The highest I have every paid for a PR 5 is $250 and I just bought a 4 year old non dropped PR 5 Friday for $175.

    https://flippa.com/2645596-pagerank-5-iphone-5-site-very-huge-potential-site

    Alexa of 3.1 million?
850-$3000 on a possible (probable?) chance of apple taking the domain?

That site hasn't sold yet and the seller is new, so no history.

If I were a betting man, I'd say there are some shill bids in there.

Not being racist, but the seller can barely speak English. It's very rare for sites with listing copy that bad (in terms of spelling and grammar) to sell for decent prices, especially if the seller is brand new with no history.

Not saying it's legitimate, or the PR of that site is.
However, I really did just type "PR 5" into flippa and picked the cheapest one on the first page with that pagerank.

Doing advanced searches at flippa yielded basically none with a buy now price less than 3000

Not going to argue with you, as you def know your site prices...

If someone is just buying the domain, I wouldnt think that much. If it's a relevant site with good content and a lot of traffic, you can get a good amount.
