Hi there, What is the most someone has ever been paid through one CPA offer, i've heard they can go as high as $100, How do you earn that much in one offer?

Offer payouts vary on each network and each offer. The higher payout offers are generally ones that will require a sale or take more effort to convert (credit card +). Join as many networks as you can, you'll eventually see an offer that has $100 payouts for certain offers. I find these pretty rare nowadays though, with most networks switching to mainly high converting CPA offers like biz Opps, weight loss, etc.

The high paying offers does not work as goood as the ones that are under $100 MOST OF THE TIME

Like someone said above, your best bet for really high paying offers is casino stuff. These guys pay out $200+, but the problem is it is tough to do. The person filling out the lead must sign up, install software, AND deposit a minimum of like $50. Try convincing someone to do that!
