Soooo, you have unlimited bandwidth at hostgator and your worried about using too much bandwidth. And your plan is to move to a different company that will charge you IF you go over your limit.

    Why move?

Is it just me, or does your scribble look like it is actually 2 hands, with fingers pointing to your relevant data? :)

Are you sure that the scripts aren't doing something bizarre? Where did you get them from?

4 gigs is nothing to worry about you can even use 5TB of bandwidth at hostgator and they wont shut you down.

I think by the time you hit 1tb, they would have looked into your account to see if you're running some bad scripts or purchasing visitors to your site

I was running an imagehost site and used 5TB in one month and the next month I used 3.5TB and it was shut down after they got a complaint from a porn photo company. But they only shut it down due to being an image host not for the bandwidth.

4 GB should not get you worried. Check for the scripts for any errors. Good luck, mate.

Thanks GST and everyone for your advice and such but I am a idiot. I thought the 71 megs was GB's lol, the offshore hosting plan im getting allows 35 gb a month so im well under with 4gb. I will have to increase my traffic to this site by 7x to go over the limit so I'm good then (I plan to increase my traffic 100x but it wont be overnight).

on another note anyone recommend any offshore hosting where they wont care about DMCA and keep my site up till the wheels fall off?
