I see people all the time now selling groups and fan pages with users. Problem is these are mostly just random scraped ids dumped in this group.

How much are targeted fan pages and groups worth for a certain niche. Hundreds thousands?

Just curious as I am looking into making targeted groups with good quality traffic. Will be using a variety of techniques that I have not seen discussed here for better targeting with real facebook accounts.

Pages will be dynamic and allow HTML-So images, Banners text links can be inserted directly into your page. Experimenting with Java based applications as well.

Would any body be interested? BTW this is not a sales thread just a discussion on how to better earning through better groups/pages

Ive seen facebook groups go for as much as like $30,000 with a couple hundred thousand people that were highly targeted. For people who know how to milk those things, its possible they make even more from it.

Thats what I was thinking...to quote Hunter S. Thompson its per economics man...for easy math lets take 100k people that like fitness/health type shit.

a quality CPA campaign with say a 30 pay out could easily yield $30k in one blast. Paid for the investment on the first go around. could do half that next month with a similar method. keep applying twists and keep ur group happy. dont send the scam type offers...send the legit things they are generally interested in and they will convert more than once.

People say a 10% is normal for a good method with decent data. Really good data say 20%?

10%!? I don't know which " People " said that. But I don't think 1 in 10 people will click the offer and buy it , maybe just 10% would only click it but that's also a VERY high conversion rate for clicks

I do own few groups.. and recently i got hold of a offer completely targeted to my niche and was happy to make a blast and check out my group's potential. And yes it really has lots of potential. I made more than 100$+ with one blast and i am no way selling it. I will grow it and use it for my personal purpose. So if you know how to get targeted members and know how to make maximum out of your group then you are into the game.

I beg to differ...it is all about what u market and who u market to. For example if u go to a dolphins football game and start selling Jets gear at a jets game may be 1-10 will buy your product. selling Jets suck t-shirts at the game i bet one and 10 will buy if there $5...catch my drift

so basically if i have 400 friends which are fat , i make a post to a cpa offer for weight loss and i should get 40 sales? 40x 30 = 1200 $ from 400 friends. Thats just not gonna happen im telling you..

I catch your drift on appealing to your group specifically , but man there's no way 10% of your group will convert.

Not 400 freinds that are fat...how about 400 friends that are in the process or thinking about losing weight...so Ill split the difference with you...its a 5% conversion rate on these highly targeted and motivated friends.

Group of lets keep it modest...1000 friends all wanting to lose weight and into trying new things to do so. You just happen to find something new that looks good...50 convert on an Acai type offer or something...thats $1500 bucks...not bad...then just scale up or do different niches.
