Alexa can be faked so easily so i doubt that this will give any value.

Depending on some metrics age....
But a new one depend on the supplier i think from $8.89 to $14

if it's an EMD domain with tons of organic traffic you can re-sell it in reasonable time even if it isn't monetized yet, but
as many have said here, very little information to move forward amigo
