    Hey all,

Just wondering what everybody thinks is a safe number of each to add per day, so that you can rank your video fast (while staying under the radar)?

    For Example:

50 or less comments per day
200 or less views per day
100 or less favorites per day
500 or less subscribers per day

Love to hear what you all think, thanks!

I think unlimited, because theoretically I could spam fake comments to random videos and they'd all get taken down if it 'wasn't safe'.

DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! Different keywords require different research. Games are different than smiling cats. You need to take the top 10 viral videos of your niche and compare them with the top 20 normal high ranked videos of your niche. You will find average for views per day and such, and then calculate that to your theory crafting. Once you find a reasonable number, use it. You can find most keywords are worth way more views than others.

I did a little research on this, but with such large variations from day to day, I think it is very difficult to get some firm numbers. And it would be just a guess. You can't really know what youtube is doing. So I try to stay under the radar by using small numbers across more videos. Except views, of course - you can never have enough views.

"Staying under the radar" ? Nobody is keeping an eye out on your video's/account's activity - so I'd say there isn't a safe amount you can go with.
Go with what you want and feel is right :)

Thanks for your tips, it's easy enough to check the top 20 ranked videos, but how do you find out what the top ten viral videos are for your niche?
