You can buy monetised youtube views without getting banned,choose service compatible with monetisation , but they are not the cheapest

I use a panel that has a ‘good earning.’ Version for YouTube. Just worried about sound like 10 million. Will probably start at 1 million

Those "good earning" views are the most dangerous views, be carful.
You should look for views that comes from real traffic sources.

Are you sure good earning views on just another panel are safe. They’re more expensive they cost the amount of the lowest amount YouTube pay you for views based on Google search. Why would they be more expensive

Youtube are not dumb and they are testing those views themself.
IMO buying those views are huge risk.

Depends how much views and subscribers you have the idea is to make it look organic and normal just enought to push your video in recomendations again, but eveything depends on your current ammount of views and the ones you will buy to make it look always as organic.
