This depends on so many variables it's not even funny.

    # of projects
    what engines you use
    project settings
    Server specs
    Threads
    Proxies
    ...

You should start by reading this:

One way I managed to greatly improve my submitted and verified links was removing and not posting to platforms which have a low success rate. First run a test campaign where you have all the platforms ticked (Articles, Blogs, Directories, Document Sharing etc, everything). After running for a few days you should have enough data to see which have a high success rate. Goto Options>Tools>Show Stats>List1VList2 and create a report for Submitted v Verified. From the report you will be able to see which platforms are working the best and which are not worth bothering with. I normally remove all platforms which have less than 5% success rate and concentrate on the rest.

Don't know if you're using public or private proxies, but private proxies are essential for better success rate.

Agreed on the hinkys mentioned.. depends how you set your GSA. if loosely set, it can go very high count. if strictly set with certain PR criteria, ban certain words etc. you get low submissions.

Build up your lists and keep them clean. You can easily hit hundred of links per hour, even with semi-clean lists.

Using public proxies? Public proxies make GSA crawl. I recommend semi-private.
