or how much is needed to make at least 100$/day off a general blog with different categories
really depends on your niche, your site, your type of monetization, type of promotion, traffic source etc.
an adsense blog would need a shitload of traffic because you need a lot of clicks, with a 10% ctr at 20 cent a click you would need 5000 UV's. (these numbers obviously are different for every site and niche. but i took average numbers for a general blog as an example. a blog wich is more targeted to a specific niche and if your blog would be optimized for adsense, clicks could pay more and ctr could be higher, reducing the traffic you would need to hit 100$/day)
but a blog geared to CB or CPA sales would need less traffic but the traffic would be harder to get. a 0.5% conversion rate on a 25$ product would need 800 uniques.
also ctr and conversion rates are highly influenced by the traffic sources providing you with the traffic. it could be a lot higher, but a bad niche, site or trafic source could leave you with nothing, even with 100k uniques a day.
the short answer to your question would be: we need more info to be able to help you.
It really depends on your niche, some are a lot easier to get traffic than others.
I have a site that gets around 30k UV's a day and only makes about $100 - but that's in a low paying niche with no SE traffic.
Whereas I have a much small MFA style site in a far better paying niche, that makes $100 off 5000 UV's (mainly search traffic).
So bottom line is, it depends on the niche and how you monetize.
In most adsense brackets, 30,000/day is what you need to make a decent living. Of course, this can be much lower if you manage to rank in the more uncommon high paying adsense brackets.
Agreed with above. It really depends on the niche.
I think it dependings on the quality of your marketing skills.. Can be even just 5-15 hits daily earning that..
