Just curious. I am creating a lot of web 2.0 sites and I want to know, if my article is around 500-600 words, how times should I use my main keyword, secondary keyword, and random phrase like "click here" or "enter now" ?

If you're talking about anchor text for links do something like - 33% keywords, 33% generic (click here) and 33% website URL

It doesn't matter now, just write naturally, and focus on the reader not the search engine. You want the se to chase you, not the other way around.

Once you've got your article done, your strategy should be to revisit it regularly, and test slight word and phrase changes anyway.
