I have been having luck with peerrfy and there is one offer that is doing really well, I advertise mainly adwords and msn,, been trying facebook with zero luch

is there a cap on how many sign ups you can have? I did get blacklisted from one offer I was promoting, but I think I have fixed my ads to get more targeted traffic, but I also get alot of organic so I dont have much control over quality unless im missing something?

How many times do generally run the same campaign?

It doesn't really matter what campaign you're running. Sometimes offers have daily caps placed on them as the advertiser will only allow a certain amount of leads per day. Also, if your users are completing the same offer more than once, the advertiser will usually only count this is as one lead and not several (depending on the offer).

    Hope this helps!

First rule of advertising is that once you find a profitable ad, you keep on hammering it until it's not profitable any more. You can test and tweak it a bit, but don't mess with something unless it's broken. Just keep running it until it stops being profitable any more - it's like free money.
