Hi I manage 5 sites. For each one I should tracking the rank for about 50 kw per site.

I use RankTracker and would like to know how many proxies should I use.

I run reports everyday, so I should track about 250 keyword per day. I have scheduled report on different hours. So for example I run a report at 3:00 (50 kw) another at 6:00(50 kw) and goes on....

Could you give me an opinion?

If you want daily reports on your ranking then check serpbuddy or serpbook. But I dont think they deliver the reports by email though.
