How many private proxies do you recommend for posting on blogs?
Can i change the proxy after every 2 or 3 post?
And if i this the blog again should i post with another account?

Yes, you should generate a different account for each post as that minimizes chances of getting banned.
Also it depends. Do you want to post to blogs with spam services like AKISMET? Then you need to rotate proxies a lot more because if your Proxy gets banned from one site, the same goes for all others with this spam service. So I'd say rotate the proxies for every post, you can reuse them. The more proxies you have the less likely it will be for them to get banned.
The rotation itself depends on the software you are using.
