I write every two or three days once in a few words more then 900+ words with I also design images and others IKNOW ABOUT ONPAGE REALLY GOOD

but really what is the best way White Hat SEO now for google ? How many high quality articles i must to do ?

Well as an old rule of thumb anything past 100 to 120. But then ctr and bounce rate and quality and relevance come in to play. I would say the best method is a fast website good https and good time on site and also good direct visits. backlink io has some pretty decent links i'm sure here brought the skyscraper method out for links. Give that a try along with all your articles.
