Our company sites are hosted on Bluehost, around 7 of them and there isn't any issue since more than 3 years. Don't know about others, but our sites are doing good and each sites have around 10k uniques per month.

Solid company. Great support. Fantastic value for money.

Nothing but good things to say about them. If you're on the fence, don't be!

I once contacted them about my authority site that has about 80k plus pageview per day and they said their hosting can't handle it.

Bluehost keeps pulling the strings on rules. You can have "unlimited" hosting and space. But if you have more then 1000 mysql tables they will ban you till you bring it down. If it happens 2 more times, they will perm ban you.

Have been with them for 4 years. Looking for something else now.

    Home Page:
all the providers will do that, the definition of the unlimited is hidden on their TOS

Yes, unlimited is not really unlimited, we all know that. But bluehost will ban your account if that account exceeds more then 1000 tables in totall. Even if the databases hardly take in any space.

I have not had a problems with them. Good customer support if you need it, good uptime and not a very high price. I've been a customer of theirs for about 2.5 years.

Well my review on bluehost customer support!

Not a good customer support they takes ages to reply my answers and even they don't help us personally as hostwinds do. They only provide reference links to there help blogs not more then that they help us !

Used them for a year now, great for hosting, just don't buy/renew domains through them because they are expensive as hell

I have been using Bluehost for the past 3 months so far it has been a great experience, the support is awesome and my sites have never had any issue.

The only thing I would warn about is to make sure when you're buying to understand that they charge for the full term of a package all at once. So if it says 3.95 per month be prepared to pay for multiple years of hosting and ready to part with the full amount.

That's a small thing though since they are actually very good. But I tend to feel more comfortable paying on a monthly or yearly basis. You never know when things might get sloppy and finding a new hosting service starts becoming a serious consideration.
