how many of you actually hire full time staff for your biz?
right here! I'm a full time staff for eikasoft, and I hire full time staff at a real full time office.
Would be interesting to see BHW do a poll:
how many hire staff
how many outsource
how many do everything themselves
I'd like to see how many people other than me work at real office for IM... that would be pretty interesting lol.
I have a full time staff...in the Philippines! They do the same work, for a fraction of the cost.
yeah I know that happens a lot, but if you're really into IM you need an office at the end of the day even if you outsource the super manual labor.
I have an office here, to some extent i do agree. But there is an even better way than this, its through hiring a project manager.
all the best,
If I do start a firm, I'll be getting VA's without a doubt. Not doing that is just throwing money out the window.
Also, this. There's a reason I'm going to get a PMP certification and a reason why people with them make really good money.
Yes I have a real office and over 12 people working for my SEO company. All 12 people are here in Austin.
Only about 2 of my workers are considered full time. Located in San Diego, California
I have an 800 square foot office, a full-time partner, two freelancers, and several strategic alliances.
You guys who have in house people, do you outsource as well? I've had success outsourcing but you really, really have to know how not to get burned.
I disagree with that. I would consider myself "really into IM" since I have been fulltime for about 3 years now and all of my employees are virtual. I don't have any in-house workers.
Off topic, but I was just down in Austin for the first time a couple of months ago and it's an amazing city! Reminded me a lot of San Diego.
I have remote location employees. I also have pay per contract freelancers. I also do a lot of work myself. It depends on what campaign I am running to if I outsource or not.
