Yesterday I added a guy on my MSN for business, but I also randomly asked do u know the 13 year old guy who sold a site for $650 on Flippa? He said ye... from flipping awesome.
I was really surprised becuase I've been interviewed on Flipping awesome, I never knew it was a popular site

.... the 13 year old guy is me , well I'm 14 now.. so I'm wondering how many ppl actually know me

... I was really surprised yesterday.

And no I am not here to show-off , if you come here to comment negative, just GTFO.

FlippingAwesome isn't actually that popular (especially now they sold it) - I just keep up with the all news in my industry. Most people wouldn't have heard of it IMO

Would be more impressed it it was more to be honest, $650 isn't alot - I doubt your "famous" just for that, sometimes its down to plain luck that a buyer doesn't have a brain and over bids on a product.

I would be impressed if you do that on every website you sell

PS 2nd highest bid was I tihnk $600.

I sold my first site when I was 13 for $400. Went onto make $300 a month on adsense when I turned 14 and sold the site off for $1k a months later. Those were the days

websites with high expenses to upkeep or websites that need daily work/moderation sell as low as that. Take proxy websites for example.

I don't wanna be a dick but I gotta tell you. No one knows you. You clearly made the post to show off. I saw the interview. You contacted the site saying you were a thirteen year old site flipper.

PS I would request they remove your picture, and the article. You seem to be going in the right direction, I'm not trying to discourage you at all. But IMO people are much more comfortable doing business with an adult.

I haven't heard of you either but that doesn't mean much. Mo matter what anyone says you should be proud of yourself. Not many 13 years old could do that at such a young age. Congrats!

Screw all the haters

You were 13 and made a good profit doing your own thing.. When i was 13 i was out mowing grass for $20 a lawn so you got me beat!

Its a good start and the motivation properly will lead you in the right direction so just keep on doing your thing!
