I've been working on starting some local white hat sites lately. I don't want any chance of them being banned. How many of you guys are 301ing a high DA site to your white hat site to give it a head start? Or do you think there is some risk involved with it?

I have a local guy that did a double 301, Site1 > Site2 > MoneySite. He's ranking number one for "City SEO". Not just that but PBNs too.

    What do you guys think?

I do this religiously. Be warned though, it can sometimes bite you in the ass.
