How many msges to send through YoutubeBlaster in one day?

Ive heard that around 300 msges should be send in 1 day with tube blaster but i got flagged notice just after sending 60-70 msges with a delay of 2.15 minutes - 2.45 minutes after each msg.

Am i doing it wrong or what? Do i need to increase delay? I have added 4 different types of msges in custom msg list to choose from.

anyone?
