I'm just curious. I don't want to know what the methods you use are. Just how many different methods, (cookie stuffing, e-whoring, email marketing, blogging, spamming, etc.)

I currently am working on two different methods.

My response started to get really, really long so I made a thread out of it here.

I'm not threadjacking at all. The explanations for the reasoning behind what I do started to get really long and skewed away from the OPs topic so I figured I'd make a new thread.

But since you proved it can be construed otherwise, I'll repost the quick n' dirty here:

Long-term Projects: I research, create, and distribute my own info products (Never in the IM niche...at least not yet...) I build responsive lists. I SEO the shit out of websites that I consider to be in the upper-echelon - takes months, even years to see a return, but the return is definitely worth it since each site that succeeds becomes its own business.

Median term projects: I do lead-gen direct for private companies...NOT for CPA programs. I also provide SEO services to private clients (carefully screened and selected to weed out the "problem" clients). I also look out for various joint ventures that look to be profitable (harder and harder to find with the huge influx of dumbasses involved in half-assed JVs in the last year or so).

Short-term projects: I do CPA stuff for "quick cash" (this is where the majority of my "black hat" seo and traffic-generation tactics are tested and utilized). Also do some flipping of "hot" to "luke warm" opt-in lists for cash (after I'm done with them, of course ). I do some promoting of a very, Very, VERY limited amount of stuff from affiliate programs (why put up with their skimming when I can keep all the revenue by developing a product just as good or better than their "hot" products and keeping ALL the revenue? )

    Better?

I actually think the thread that gonzomcribbinz started is a great thread. And there's a link to this thread in his.

I mainly started this thread/poll to show all the newbies that keep coming on this forum asking for the best way to make money and complaining because they've downloaded and tried every single method available with no success that it's best to stick to one method and master it.

Not surprisingly, the 2-3 methods result is getting a fast lead.

    So for all the newbies:

Don't spread yourself too thin. If you are trying more than one or two methods, then you need to drop some of them. Trying to do too many things at once will prevent you from devoting the time and energy needed to being successful at any of them.

Definitely great advice. I dont want anyone looking at the methods I posted thinking I try to tackle 8 or 9 things at the same time. I focus primarily one one method at a time, get it up and running, and move on. I have "in house" people that take care of the maintenance and I outsource a lot of the grunt work.

I'm extremely verbose so I tend to do my own writing. Yes, all of it.

By the time someone generates 100 articles from some article spinner that will likely not stick in the SERPs, I have 5 that will.

I'm not saying that you can't be successful with spun content, I'm just saying that it's ridiculously easy to bang out your own good stuff once you get the knack.

I currently do many various techniques at different times. Most whitehat... some blackhat...

I would say that on a consistent basis, I do 4 (without outsourcing).
