Im just only starting to get into SEO, right now im working on only one keyword for a start. I got GSA SER but before i use it i want to create a solid profile of manual Tier 1 backlinks. So how many do i need before i can begin Tier 2, and how good do i have to make them? I feel like if i keep at the pace im going at now it would take me weeks to get even 100 manual Tier 1 links with a decent amount of content, is that typical for building Tier 1? Also, do i need seperate emails and/or ips for each web2.0 i build? what are the precautions with that?

Logically you can start with just 1 or 2 tier 1 link. A link or two from a PBN can start it off with some high quality social signals to the money site.

But in all practicality, it would be unwise to blast GSA too heavily on a single link unless you drip feed a few GSA verified links every day and index them if needed with an indexer.

So, ideally I would advise around 10 tier 1 links (not including social signals) for a start. But I would still forbid you to blast GSA into those 10 links. Drip feed your SEO activities. You can check the results and then gradually build more links. Diversify the links too and do not build only one type of link only as that might be a footprint too for tier 1 especially.

You can out source your tier 1. Saves you a lot of time.

Thanks for the good info. My plan right now is to manually make 20 web2.0s (well actually i already made them, just need to fill them with content) and randomly link them to my money site over the course of say 2 weeks, and then slowly drip feed them with GSA. I dont want to blast anything yet because it seems too risky and unpredictable, i just want to see if i can make my site move at all. Also, what is the purpose of indexing? Ive read popular bloggers say that its unnecessary yet people on BHW always say to do it.
