How many hours do you sleep a day?

We need to rest 8hrs a day!
but me ? I sleep less like 5 hours a day!

Medically there is no set amount of sleep that you need. For everyone it is different from 3-12+

I sleep around 2-4h per day

i do 7 to 8 try to make them at least 6

I sleep for 6-8 hours, rarely less than that, only when I have to travel somewhere, cant sleep at all in those situations haha

But I prefer at least 8 hours because I am lazy by nature.

8 to 10 usually, sometimes 12.

I used to sleep 14 hours few years ago lol.

I preffer to not sleep and to sleep in the airplane - if it will crash to die in sleep.

Around 5-7 hours i believe

8-9hrs a day

8 hours is a must!

On workdays, I normally get around 4-5H

5 hours. 6 for free days.

I do not like to sleep, I feel that I lose something if I fall asleep.

7+ is a must for me

I'm lazy, at least 8 hours...
I start IM to have freedom and sleep is important for me.

If you don't rest enough you will not be as productive as when you are rested.

I sleep around 3-5h per day
On Saturdays I sleep all day.

90 - 120 minutes each 12 hours. Works like a charm!

I always do 8, rarely sleep in for up to 11/12 as an old habit from my old meds that made me tired.

There's a lot of studies that show sleep deprivation can lead to psychosis & over sleeping can lead to worsening depression. Ie. <6 hours >10 hours
