How many employees do you have and what is the business you're in?

I am doing my first round of hiring this week for my new side project and was curious what some folks staffing looks like.

I got a few clients for lead gen and sales and am now doing this on top of my fulltime job in... lead gen and sales lol. Lots of work but I am very excited to get the ball rolling. Interviewing is always fun (and a bit crazy) but I love the good and bad as it keeps me laughing either way.
