I got hosting from godaddy and 5 WP websites on it.
And i have slow loading website problem, can it be because of the amount of websites on the same hosting?

1.How many websites u have on your hosting?
2.And how much supposed to be?

    Thanks.

godaddy hosting sucks, but as far as slow loading is concerned, it might be your wp theme are big in size or your own internet might be a bit slow?

I have more than 60 sites on my hosting, working fine.

I hate shared hosting, they can turn you off if you have a spike trafic. With 10-15$/month you can get a VPS and have you own dedicated resources

Just got turned off by Hostgator a while ago when traffic was not really that high. They say it's YARPP that's causing it. Grr. WP-Super Cache just got turned off. I dunno why.

You can host as many as you want and it should not effect the speed of the website!

More no of sites can affect but in your case grater chance would be of slow internet speed on your side and heavy size page...

Some times back i was using hostgator with 100+ sites and never had problem, now i have moved to their SEOHosting section and still no problem...

I'm hosting 150+ small sites in hostgator's baby plan. No problems at all.

You can see your diskspace/bandwidth usage in cpanel. From there, you can decide if your host can handle more sites or not.

How much bandwidth/webspace do you guys consume with your sites (even if they're on hostgator)?

I have a small VPS and several shared hosting counts. I keep 4-5 sites in each of these shared accounts and rest in VPS. Have a Godaddy shared account too where I keep a forum.
