Once a website is up and running, keyword optimized and has at least a few hundred backlinks...how long could one expect to get indexed by search engines?

    1-7 days
    7-15 days
    15-30 days

Also, once indexed and I modify the keywords on the website and/or increase backlinks...how long before the site is re-indexed after modification?

    1-7 days
    7-15 days
    15-30 days

    Thanks in advance,

    Craig

How about if I'm indexed but then modify keywords and/or increase backlinks significantly...do the search engines re-index in that same time frame?

Getting indexed isn't hard. Getting top rankings for competitive keywords is though :)

Are you talking about getting your backlinks indexed or your money sites? If so, the latter is very easy to do.

If you SB or use AMR on your site that page should get indexed in a matter of minutes if not hours tops.

Do you monetize that? Or use it for indexing or what? Just out of interest.

It usually takes me less than 24 hours once I add content, ping my site, and submit my xml sitemaps to google/bing/yahoo etc. I don't do any BH linking etc on a brand new site.
