I know that it also depends on niche but if there is some average range, it can be useful to set as target.

I don't know if rates have changed but for places like Ireland, UK, US & Germany it goes up to 6 euro per 1,000 views.

Assuming an avg EPMV of $7/1K visits, around 150k
Even more, if affiliate sales are included

Assuming a $20 ePMV from ezoic, you need 50,000 visits a month to hit your $1,000 goal.

That's around 1,670 visitors per day. Or 50-70 really good articles.

of course, it depends on the niche.
Let's say you have an affiliate website. Some niches pay $5/sign-up but some pay over $500/sign-up.
Also, the origin of the traffic. For example, I just did a test and got 1100 visitors from reddit but that traffic is not as good if it was from google.

Overall average would be 100k visitors/month

I have a site with mostly Amazon affiliate, but some other affiliate programs too when possible, it's been making around $300-500 with around 5k monthly visitors. Another affiliate site in different niche made just over $1k last month with 3k visitors. I don't have any experience with display ads, but based on other replies sounds like that's much worse than any kind of affiliate site.

It mainly depends on several things.

Niche, visitor, content quality and length, and monetization partner are the common key factor to determine income.

For example:
if my niche is home and monetizes my site with mediavine/AdThrive, I can expect between $20 - $30 RPM for the USA, and UK visitors. Besides, I may count some affiliate income.

That works out to be about $2 per 1,000 views. In general - 500,000 viewso_O

Depends mostly on Niche and also quality of your sites. But You need to increase to average of 5L visitor to attain your target.
I have seen many sites who will gain $2 for 1000 visitors. Make your sites to attain so much as visitors to earn more
