Should i limit it to say.... 10 backlinks per site to stop google catching on? how many backlinks on a single domain would google class as unusual do you think?

Curious in this as well. Kinda of a newbie questions, but keywords. should I take specific or make them long tail too?

For example, stupid videos would be my target keyword.

Should I target watch stupid video and find stupid videos? Or just stupid videos in the anchor?

Diversify it. Use money keywords not more than 5%. I even go down to 1% and get good results. I use the keyword near the anchor text. For exampe "watch stupid videos here" and the anchor text is just here. Google sees the keyword very near to the link and still knows that the link is relevant for stupid videos.

Got ya. Thanks. What about back link count? Just let them come slowly and should be okay, without worrying about being slapped with a penalty?

also depends on your niche. when your competitors get 1 link/month on average it will look a bit suspicious if you get 100 links / day. Be patient and drop them slowly especially if your domain is new

I guess one link per money site is enough. Those links are probably not going to be powerful links anyway, so...no point posting multiple links to the same site.
