I directed several blog posts and web2.0s to my money site sub-page but yet to see any movement after 15 days? Is that normal?

Most KWs are on 3rd page. Yes, the web2.0s and are indexed and some are also ranking within top 10 pages as I have built tier links on web2.0s. For one article, I published 10 blogposts in a fresh PBN and 5 web2.0s but no movement in SERPs despite this.

Keywords are moderate competition. They are on 3 page without any linkbuilding on their respective URLs.Site is 3 years old. Only now I have started linkbuilding on sub pages with proper anchor diversity.

something is wrong here! you should see some improvement in 15days. How old is your domain?
I think 10 PBN and 5 web2 is good to see atleast some improvement in serp. I doubt that your PBN is of high quality, check backlink profile of your PBN, are you using spun content on web2/pbn?
