Depends on a lot of factors, just adding 5/6 links may not do wonders. Just check the strength of your backlinks/pbn, that would give you signs.

Depends on the keyword(s) you want to rank! If it's a long tail keyword with little competition you could profit from the links a very long time. Is it a keyword with a lot of competition than you could be nowhere near to top rankings yet :)

yeah... depends a lot, but 6 weeks, if links where powerfull for GOOGLE, not to majestic or ahrefs or moz shit, you should already see some movements... usually takes 15 days to see a movement, but as other said, its depends on nich , your quality website and other factors.

The domain you are linking to - whats the history there? Old ? New? Recent drops in rankings?

    Thanks for the response.
The domain we're linking to is about 5 years old. There have been no recent drop in rankings, just no movement upwards for ages despite adding links. It's went from outwith the top 100 to about position 20 but not moved since then.

    Like most people here replied:

    1. Depends on competition in SERP
    2. Actual QUALITY of domains you backlink from. Like real quality not what majestic, ahrefs, moz can show you
    3. Your on page SEO quality
    4. There is also update rolling now so it might affect it.

You have to know that any webiste movements takes a lot of time from about a year when Google made hudge changes.
I don't expect any changes for my client's website or my personal one less then once per month.

    Patience my friend...

I had similar "problem". I just kept adding links and eventually ranked. But don't overdo, keep it slow and steady. Worked for me.

You should see results in 1-2 weeks, if it takes longer then that the links are weak.

    Thanks mate.
thanks for the points there, that's what i thought mostly. these should all be ok.
Point 2 though. How do you find "actual Quality" of a domain? i'm kind of relying on majestic mostly tf and CF. is there another way?

    Thanks Again!
