How long to make use of funds sent from credit card on paypal

Hi guys

A paypal user sent some funds via bank card to me

After about 3 hours I tried sending the funds to some exchanger buts I am getting error that operation cannot be done now

I can't find any notification limit after seven hours

I just want to know what could be wrong as I don't have any notification

There was a surge in balace but not much

Account balance went from 0.45 to 300

Kindly help

Normally, if the payment is not on hold/pending, the funds should be available right away. But it's PayPal, so you never know. lol

If you can't seem to transfer it, there must be something. Is it a new account perhaps or not fully verified?

What's the exact error message? Search for the message on Google or here, the chances are that someone before you already faced this issue and posted about it somewhere.

It is on hold, it could be from your account or card issue. sometime this type of issue resolving need 24-48 hours.

Check your email about the payment.

Thanks man...I think it's probably on hold

But I felt every action gets a notification email or gets seen on dashboard

Account is fairly new

Account was limited some few weeks ago and went through verification successfully

I have checked the resolution centre without seeing anything
