As the title suggests, I plan on creating new twitter accounts and was wondering how long is best to leave it, (perhaps following a few manually) before following 300-400 a day?

Between 3 days to a week?

Also, what's the most accounts that's advised per proxy? About 3?

Its been long since I messed with twitter accounts, but I used to follow 800-900 right off the bat. Never got one banned, except for one account which the profile picture girl practically showed her utero.

Test it man, you will not know your boundaries until you cross them.

As for proxies and number of accounts, its just commonsense. How many accounts one IP can have...? Think a bit, how many people there are in a house using the same IP? Not 300 thats for sure. I´d keep it no more than 5.

    Haha fair point.

I did test it, I think earlier this year. I think I followed 100+ and it was banned within a day. However, it did look 'businessy', you know, that it was obviously there to promote a website.
