Exchanges usually don't help you if you sent coins to a wrong address. Good luck mate.

They keep asking me for TXID, I've tried every form of ID I can find now and just waiting for email back

Maybe there is a small chance. It's not like you sent to wrong address, or whatever (in this case money will be gone forever). I suppose it's something internal and if they are investigating, maybe they'll solve the issue somehow.
Don't know if I'm talking non sense right now, but (in the idea you sent to the wrong network, ex: instead of BEP20, you sent to ETH network) have you tried to migrate the account to Metamask and check from there? (pls don't throw rocks if I'm wrong)
