Let's work on making our website content better, improving user experience, and getting quality links to bounce back from the Google update and get back on search results

Check Google Search Console for any manual actions or issues that may be affecting your site's visibility. Build a Quality Content, To identify any spammy or low-quality backlinks that's affecting the rankings .Focus on Providing a Positive User Experience .Monitor Your Profile Regularly.

Try to build some quality links and fix the errors in your on page/technical SEO if any. Try to do what you were doing before the update. Check for any manual penalty in your GSC

It depends on so many factors... how old the site is, which niche it is in, and how much content you have published so far, to name a few. I think there is no one-size-fits-all answer to your question.

Save yourself, do something else in IM. Its not worth the stress and headache of trying to fight Google every single update.

I've been building sites for 10+ years and I wish I had switched model to something else sooner. To make any decent money on a website you should expect it to take 12-24 months, unless you are spending thousands of dollars on marketing. I'm talking about $1000-2000 per month, not even worth quitting your day job for that, and a website is a full time job. Besides, your site could get hit in an update (or two) during that time frame.

I'll say this. The people above are just bots giving the same bleak answer in all these posts. If you were hit, there's nothing you can do about it. Your site is flagged and won't be unflagged until the next core update most likely. It's better to do any of the following:

1. Start a new site and work hard on it for a year or two.
2. Look for different traffic sources, like parasites or social media. Facebook and Pinterest seem to be gaining traction now.
3. Switch method completely. TikTok, youtube, PPC, etc.

Google sometimes put new website to their sandbox, that will decrease or lead to 0 impression or no ranking, continue publish your content and optimize your whole website. My first website take about 3 month to get first click. Also get some good links to let Google know that your website is active and authority

It usually takes several weeks to see significant ranking improvements. There's no fixed timeline, and it usually takes ongoing effort and optimization to maintain and improve rankings.

Hard to say exactly what's going on without digging into the specifics, but my first move would be to analyze those March winners/losers and see what they changed. Could be an on-page, technical, or link-building factor that the new algos are weighing differently. I'd also cross-reference with any manual actions or messaging from Google's side. Sometimes they tip their hand on broader quality/UX priorities if you read between the lines.

No one can answer this question because it depends on some key factors such as:

- your on page seo
- your off page seo
- competition
- niche

and most of all: we have no clue if there is anything wrong with your website when it comes to indexation, content or whatever. maybe you received an algo penalty, nobody knows, and because google is absolutely intransparent, we will never know.

If your site vanished after the March 2024 Google update, start by checking everything - content, how your site is set up, and where you're getting links from. It's like a puzzle - figure out what's missing to get back in the game.

I always try to put myself in the Search Engine's position.
There whole goal, is matching relevant QUALITY content to match search intent.
So the answer to me, is always focus on QUALITY content.
Backlinking for authority, and content Distribution too.
But when something bad happens to me, I double down on pushing out more quality content.

I've not seen any recovery from the last few updates Google released. I won't be able to tell you how long it'll take. Consider creating absolutely nee content not covered before. See now they perform.

Even without the update, telling how long it'll take to rank is not straight forward.

Lets focus on content so Google can fu*k us up when he feels horny lol

Its over for affiliate sites unless google fixes this, its worst update ever

stupid advice. Business care about money, not the quality of the content, it will punish your website if you do affiliate and it will boost sites that are spending money on ads so they have more money to spend. they are doing similar on youtube as well, by pushing anti adblocker campaign.

Content quality doesnt matter too much

Current estimate between 2-6 weeks unfortunately, latest core update released in March 2024 finishing in next 15 days :

Saying beside the obvious (content etc.) here are some inside metrics could be useful to grasp the situation

Research tools : Like Semrush and Ahrefs when you `Decrease on Organic Keywords` return as `Increase in traffic` super weird ! - Didn`t happened before . When it comes to search console traffic data is wrong somehow compare to tracking system in the website - Which means only one thing Google won`t consider some traffic is real and don`t count them.

Another finding from our site network performance of Backlinks effects are `Increased` unlike what Google said in the last update.

Obviously didn`t see your website I`m just presenting the latest facts.

Recipe for your situation try to get high `DR` backlink or 301 Redirect to your site and check the effect for upcoming 2 weeks + Do internal Linking of your site

If there is nothing moved it`s your content.

Best Regards,
