for your ad to start getting impressions or clicks?

I started a campaign two days ago and had problems with the ad that google emailed me about. I finally cleared them up though and they're now active. I seem to have 0 impressions and clicks though even though it's been 2 days!

I tried contacting google but I got an automated response that helped with nothing. I've also tried their forums but nobody there ever gets helped. I read that it takes about 5 to 7 days sometimes for impressions to start showing up.

Is that true?

No, it shouldn't take more than 48 hours MAX. I'd say your problem is due to a low ppc or cpm. I had similar problems in the past, but it changed when I upped the cpc.

It depends on the words you are using. Google now "expects" ATLEAST $.25-40 cpc to even THINK about competing. This is why I'd stay away from google adwords because it's stupid. I'd recommend youtube advertising.

Did you try doing a search for your term(s) and see if your ad show up?

I haven't used adwords in a year or so, but used to be ads would start showing up within an hour or two.

It would seem this is a problem with new accounts that used a valc'
Google finally got back to me.
