What's working consistently for you guys?

Increasing follows by 10 per day? (50 days) or 20 per day (25 days)?

Or more likely the pro's use a more dynamic method like x per day up until 300 per day and then change to x per day?

Also at what point is it best to turn on Unfollow? I think it helps to leave this turned off at first?

Would really appreciate some tips from the guys that have been doing this a while.

I'm finding this varies with each account, I'm yet to find a good system that works for all. Following

I usually let them rest on a new proxy for a week and then start 400 follows per day for first week and 600 follows per day from second week. I switch to unfollow at 4000 following. It really does depend on the niche; for babes niche, you'd reach 500 followers in first week of following. Other niches are slower.

Edit: These are for niche accs tho. If you're doing CPA niches like Free Followers, it's best to start with 50 follows a day and then increase by 50 each day till it reaches 500-600.

Brace yourself for "it depends on acc quality" answers.
Are you a believer of this? Personally I find that no matter of age, or account creation method or supplier, they all behave in a similar way but there's always around 20% that get hit with alot of PVs

I don't understand how certain niche's allow you to go from 0-400 per day right off the bat?

I'm doing +10 followers (a day) and it takes 50 day, but actually just 0.5/1% of my accs got banned.
Thats some solid info! I guess the real answer is that you could start with 15 per day but maybe lose 30-40% of your accounts lol

Followback rate of models niche is a lot higher, since it's TRULY EXCITING content. While other's don't get such high followback rates.
I understand how the follow back rate would be higher but I dont get how that allows you to push follow limits harder?
If I make a basketball account for example on a fresh account, and set to 400 per day, IG will probably stop it after around 200 on the first day. How does that change if its a babe account?
I mean is possible that IG sees that you are popular and lets you push harder because of that, but I didn't think it works like that?

Why would IG stop it? If you rest for a week and set good settings like only 15-30 follows an hour, IG won't stop you, at least not at 400. IG does not recognize niche for small accounts. Any account would be able to follow 400 accounts a day. The only difference is that when a model account follows 400 * 7 days = 2800 accs a week, it gets 1000 followbacks. When some other niche like tech follow 2800 a week, it may only get 200-400 followbacks. But both follow the same amount - 2800.

Some "aged" accounts have been infected since their creation. I would recommend you to create new acc yourself using 4g (it's a method out there) and spend some time with that acc. Make it look geniune. Bcs I use very frequently an account on my phone, I can follow up to 800 people a day and I havent received a single warning. So take these into account:
Proxy created with
Age of acc
Bio, metadata of posts, link in bio or descriptions
Diverse activities (commenting, long convo in DM, liking and story/live story viewing)
And keep an eye on all your accounts.

ok curious to know what your follow back rates are for each niche? does anyone have this data? i have about a 17% follow back rate including unfollows on a personal wantignto know how good or bad it is

I've worked with aged accounts of varying quality, freshly created new accounts, and automatically generated newer accounts. No account will be able to jump automatically to 500 F/UF a day, but fresh accounts should be able to within a week (or maybe sooner) if hand-created on a good IP (ie your 4G connection).
