I am thinking revshare will be better in long run since methods can go tits up at a moments notice and so even if you are left with no more accounts you could potentially still be sorted from the work that you did previous whereas with pps, like ppl, as soon as the traffic stops you're back to square one.

But how long does it take to get revshare rolling in terms of traffic sent and time?

In the past I have worried about companies dissappearing on you or banning you before you got much cash out of them but as I thought about it if you are able to recoup the equivalent you would have with pps then thereafter you are into pure earnings so it would all be a bonus.

So interested in time frames vs pps. Methods are constantly dying on the vine and having to find new tactics. I am thinking revshare could be a good insurance policy to take me through hard times till I find the next ripe fruit.

Comes down to the quality of your leads, if you're promoting something unrelated, it will be hard to convert them as a customer later. The snowball effect can be quite huge in the long run. You might want to do a split test, that way you're still earning now while also building it up for the future.
