Say i'm botting at 3-4 seconds 24/7 ( this rate doesn't flag for captchas)

    - only using 1ip addresss for this account
-randomly uploading pics throughout the day

    how long till i die?

It doesn't trigger a flag at this rate, all day long ???? Then it's ghosted for sure !

I am guessing you are using many clients, like InstaGet has 28 clients for example?

I don't think there's a set time it'll take for you to get banned, it relies on many more factors than just the one's you've mentioned.

3-4 second delay for 24 hours a day is highly unnatural do not be surprised if you get banned.

You will get banned quick. Because you will keep hitting the limit and then if you don't stop the bot, it will keep trying to follow/like/comment etc and push through the limit warning which will send a red flag. You can't do that many. You have to keep within the limits. Unless using a bot with multiple clients to multiply the hourly limits.

Yes the rate is too high for one client. Either go get a bot with more clients or stop it.
