How long does it take for ads in Bing to start?

Hi, I've loaded my new AdCenter account with a 100$ coupon.
Everything is "eligible" status, but nothing happens, even bots doesn't visit the landing page.

Yes my account got closed.

I wonder if any one here did really have any success using MSN with coupons? I tried everything but with no luck.

I had success with my first account. Second account went straight to review and got shutdown, though, I was never given the reason why and repeated contact attempts yielded no response. First account is still open and running just fine...no idea why? :/

My ads start running immediately if they don't require approval from adcenter staff... if your ads are not under review try increasing bids and also do check quality score

I added $900 in my adcenter account with vouchers, and my account is still fine. And my ads have been displaying perfectly + getting impressions and clicks.
