Hi, I just started a new adult site (3-4 weeks ago) and it seems to be indexed because it has a PR of 0 (which I thought meant at least indexed), and the domain itself IS pretty much the primary keyword. Yet not only does it not come up in searches (first 20 results anyway) for the main phrase it doesn't show up in the first 20 results for the secondary keyphrase (which is 4 words, both the title and the H1 tag) - and both keyphrases are used in backlinks (maybe 1000 or so each)?

Here's the weird part, both searches turn up the top ten results are all pages LINKING to my site with those exact keyphrases (and are only there because I placed the link with the keyword on them)! So essentially, WTF? I can only guess that I'm easily the most relevant just waiting on some google bullsh*t!

    Thank you!

Just give it time and build natural looking back links in the meantime...

Does this keyword have a lot of competition?

O so the pages in the top 10. The bolded word in the google search is actually the anchor text for the link going to you?

I have no answers im afraid.

Yes. And I should have mentioned that there are only like 30,000 results for the keyphrase in quotes in google.

    Thank you!

It depends... I've gotten a new site to page 2 in a few hours, with no submitting to any besides social networks. Get a good anchor text and buy backlinks. I do sell links on my pr3 site if you need one. Backlinks+traffic= high rankings.

Was it an adult site, thxflash? Seems like it might be harder (no pun intended) for a porn site to rank at first - as I've heard google uses filters for certain words.

I've only used it on a single porn site and it works better if your backlinks are on other adult oriented sites, since google does filter certain phrases so its best to have it on a site that's already been filtered by google...if that makes sense. But overall, I don't see a reason why you couldn't get first 3 pages of google for a specific keyword and/or phrase by using anchor-text backlinks.

An update also, I used the same "software" to submit links to this site as I have all my other sites, which have thousands of links, however it's only showing 50 backlinks in yahoo site explorer, I wonder if more words / sites are filtering becuase of adult keywords?

Adult content is easy to get ranked.... Here is my blueprint (found by accident)...

Create a wordpress MU free blog hosting site. Make it look like a nice free blog hosting site and advertise it as an "UNCENSORED BLOG HOSTING" in adwords. You can get many clicks at 10 cents a click. Spend about 50-100 on this over a months period.

What you are trying to do is attract other blackhatters out there needing new homes for their pages.. Let them do the XRUMOR'ing for you which they will on the blogs they create.

Now each blog in your free blog hosting site can link to any site you wish and should link to the home page. This will pass the XRUMOR link juice to both your mothership (home page) and to any other site you wish.

Now this is the part that is Blackhatting the Blackhats.... When you start seeing the traffic come in you can set a redirection script that redirects x% to any site you wish.. OR ban them outright for spamming.. LOL..:) Thus assuming their blogs.. Put a terms of service stating that although you allow all content, you can cancel anyones account at any time for any reason.

You will see adult traffic for just about every niche.... Adult traffic is the easiest traffic to get if you do it right.

That's f*cking brilliant, rjhere! Thanks you! But I've never set up wordpress MU or traffic redirection script before, any more detailed guides would be much appreciated! Also, have you actually done this successfully more then once?

I know it's indexed, that doesn't mean it's not getting the goog penalty
