I fucked up with UNF and got all my 50 proxies blacklisted on google search - they are still fine for PR checking etc.

How long (if at all!) until they get their ban lifted?

Its been 24 hours-ish so far... i could just change them with my provider but i'd rather not as that will no doubt upset my youtube accounts.

Usually Google bans them for 24 hours and not more. Wait a little longer.

yeah, something around 24 hours since last serious attempts going over the quota

simply wait a day or two without trying to do multiple search request not to trigger the ban hammer again

Usually 24 hours.. I suggest that you rotate the proxies that you use so you have some left that you can immediately use after the first batch gets banned.
