Hey guys im getting really frustrated with my SB blast speeds. Especially since I sell blasts for customers. I have the following and was wondering what your guys' specs are. Hopefully it might shed some light on the issue.

    • VPS: Yes (xsserver)
    • Plan: $35/month CPU: 2.60 GHz - Ram:1 Gig - Bandwith: (supposedly unlimited) Speed Test : D/L 20MBs/S
    • Proxies: No. I use to use private proxies but it actually took twice as long, plus xsserver doesnt seem to pass on complaints.
    • Blast: 15,000 Successful takes about 4 Hours
    • Connections: 150 threads. Ive tried 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, and 500 doesnt seem to make any difference.

    Thanks Guys
(lemme know if I forgot any important info)

Those are terrible results for those specs. Not to sure what it could be, is the whole 1 gig of ram assigned to your VPS? If you're selling blasts and it's becoming an issue, upgrade to a dedicated server.

Depends if you're doing trackbacks or fast poster.

I do 10k trackbacks in less than 10 minutes. No proxies. VPS (not xsserver tho, but from a guy here on bhw. Can find you a thread if you want.) 1 Gbit link and twice as ram as on xsserver for $40. Love it :D (used xsserver for 3 months before).
