The age old SEO question - do you think it takes days or weeks for full effect of links to go through?

    Cheers

Depends on the type of link, mate. That said, any type of link worth building should have it's effects become apparent within a week, I would guess. Naturally, things will be slower when working with tiers or low-quality links.

All my links that I build, I see results within 2-3 days of it being indexed. For example, I just purchased 8 new expired domains, and made them all have homepage article links to my money site.

I then sent a tier 2 blast to all the PBN sites to get them indexed. The next day they were all indexed. 2 days later, after sitting at position 2 for over 1 month on 3 keywords, i jumped up to position 1 on all those keywords.

The only time I see people saying it takes longer, are simply people selling bad SEO services, and use it as an answer to why their client hasn't seen results.

Two weeks is when you'll see full effects of the link. It depends on a lot of things such as indexation and the power of your site. Usually I'll see a slight change after 2 to 3 days and a big jump in 2 weeks time.

Depends on the type of link.

Assuming it's a high quality link on a website that is crawled fairly regularly, you're looking at probably a week after placement.

Depends a lot on the link target as well, if a pretty old and established site getting a few strong new link it will definitely move faster than a brand new domain.

It takes exactly 18 days and 2 hours.
