I have ranked several websites, usually it takes three months to get some good positions, but this time, my new website is 4.5 months old but I still didn't see any significant improvement in traffic, most keywords stuck at page2/3, it's not a very hard niche and I already build 100+ PBN links, and some manual comments, all articles are long articles, now I can only get 150 visitors per day.
So any one ranked new website recently? I don't know if I should remove all PBN links because someone told me he get good traffic with 10+ links after 8 months, I don't know if PBN still works, or you just need to wait 6 month to get good traffic?

Try Bookmark and Web2.0 property sites and social media sharing too. May be you will get good result

Diversify your links and anchor text with all platforms.
Also build tier links.

It took me 2 months to get good traffic from Google for one of my niche site. All links to homepage only, basically blog comments on various blogs with mix of no follow and do follow.

is it new domain?

I'm sure you can rank it in a few months. (3 months- 6 months) SEO is a long term game.
I've also started a journey with a new domain and is ranking <50 for a 4400 monthly search in med competition.
Only took 2 months. Probably going to hit first page in 2-3 months

OK, I will wait one more month

I have not used any PBN and have not done social media or any backlinking. I just have one backlink from DA of 90 website but that is all. I am ranking top of second page of google and will probably hit page one in a few weeks.

The keyword is pretty low competition although there is 4,400 searches. So I guess your competition and keyword isn't so easy to rank?

4-6 months , up to a year for the fullest potential I would say

Depends on the keywords.

Depends on competition for those keywords :)
Everything depends upon the competition.

Your competition isn't Google, they just provide the playing field. Your competition is the sites that are currently ranking for your chosen words/phrases.
Regardless of what a keyword tool says - what does page one of Google look like for the keywords you are targeting.
Links
Content
Age
Speed
"Trust" (yeuch, hate that made up name/false factor - but hey it's common practice now)

Your competition - In the end, that is all that really matters.

Scritty

100+ PBN links, you build them by yourself or you outsource theme?

It depends on a lot of things. I personally don't like to rush the ranking process, so I let my websites sit for a while.
