Search on google and check which date your website got cached.
that is when google bot came to your site for cacheing it
Next time it will come, Hope fully you will get good rankings.
You create do follow backlinks to make a way for google robot to come to your site.
the better the link the more google bot will think you site is getting reference from good sites and will rank your site higher.

thanks! but It shows that my website was cached by Google yesterday, but the ranking has not changed.

That means your backlinks are not good .. Or they are not yet indexed or they are no follow.
Take DA as a base for checking The value of your backlinks
You Post good backlinks with highly relevancy, + your targetted keyword in it . + Do follow
it definitely improves your ranking .
Also try changing your website title and description + change content .
