I recently started using Magic Submitter, I've finished my first campaign and I purchased an account on backlinksindexer to automatically index links 1 week after Magic Submitter submits them.
There was about 220 links between my 2 websites that were sent to backlinkindexer.

It's been about 3 weeks and and scrapebox backlink checker still isn't showing any of these back links, am I being impatient or should these backlinks be getting detected by now?

There is no set period. some links get indexed within hours, others within days, others within weeks, others never unfortunately

It really depends on content as well as which website you submitted your content for eg a high PR website post shall get indexed faster so nobody can predict it actually.

It also depends from the tool you use to check the backlinks - for example majesticseo picks up backlinks much faster than ahrefs and google crawlers are I believe even faster. So you should use google webmaster tools to see accurate indexed backlinks data.

The second thing is that I wouldnt care too much about the number of indexed backlinks - you cant really influence it so why not care more about the things you can influence, like building more/better backlinks or writing more content? Even not indexed backlinks increased rankings in some of my tests (the fact that a google crawler will discover your links doesnt mean that they will automatically get indexed)

I agree. This is the answer. We have blogs that the posts gets indexed in minutes and we have automated links built that sometimes we have seen take 5 weeks before they show indexed.
